1. Purpose
In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, and the grievance-redressal requirements of the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and the DPDP Act, 2023, XDQ Labs Private Limited has appointed a Grievance Officer for Xtallo.

3. What you can raise
- Complaints about content, including allegedly false, infringing, obscene, or harmful material.
- Privacy or data-protection concerns and data-rights requests under the DPDP Act.
- Appeals against verification, review, or account decisions after standard support channels.
4. How to file
Email the Grievance Officer with your name and contact details, the URL or item concerned, a description of the issue, and any supporting documents. Complaints sent from your registered account email are verified faster.
5. Timelines
We acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within 15 days of receipt, in line with the IT Rules, 2021. Categories requiring faster action under law (e.g., certain content under Rule 3(2)) are handled within the shorter statutory timelines.
6. Escalation
If you’re unsatisfied with the resolution, you may appeal to the Grievance Appellate Committee constituted under the IT Rules, 2021, or pursue remedies under applicable law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
