Xtallo works because everyone plays by the same rules: be honest, be respectful, be accountable.

1. Be truthful

Every claim, achievement, and review must be accurate and yours. No fabrication, exaggeration, plagiarism, or claiming others’ work. Attempts to game verification harm every honest member.

2. Be respectful

No harassment, hate speech, discrimination, threats, or personal attacks in reviews, messages, or profiles. Critique work, not people.

3. Be authentic

One person, one account. No impersonation, fake identities, purchased engagement, coordinated review rings, or bots.

4. Respect privacy

Don’t post others’ personal information without consent, and share only evidence you have the right to share. Redact confidential client information.

5. Keep it lawful

No content or conduct that is illegal, infringing, deceptive, obscene, or that promotes harm — including anything prohibited under Rule 3(1)(b) of the IT Rules, 2021.

6. Reviews & endorsements

Only review people or companies you’ve genuinely worked with, and disclose conflicts of interest. See our Review Policy.

7. Enforcement

Violations may lead to content removal, verification revocation, Trust Score penalties, suspension, or permanent removal, depending on severity and history. We aim to warn first for minor issues; fraud and safety violations may result in immediate action.

8. Reporting

Report violations from any profile or by emailing hello@xtallo.com. For formal complaints, see the Grievance Officer page.
