1. Our principle: AI assists, humans decide
AI helps us process reputation signals at scale — structuring claims, cross-referencing evidence, matching talent to companies daily, and flagging anomalies. Decisions that affect your standing — verification outcomes, penalties, account actions — always involve human (including HR) review and accountability.
2. Where we use AI
- Verification assistance — pre-screening evidence and surfacing inconsistencies for human reviewers.
- AI-native matching — surfacing the right talent to the right company, ranked by verified impact.
- Trust Score inputs — computing signals from verified data using documented, monitored models.
- AI Copilots — optional assistants for career strategy and opportunity discovery; output is guidance, labelled as AI-generated.
- Safety — detecting fraud, fake reviews, and coordinated manipulation.
3. What AI never does alone
- Grant or revoke a verified badge.
- Suspend or terminate an account.
- Publish content on your behalf without your action.
4. Fairness & bias
We evaluate our models for biased outcomes across roles, industries, and geographies, and correct issues we find. If you believe an AI-assisted outcome was wrong or unfair, you can request human re-review at any time.
5. Your data & AI
We don’t sell your data to train third-party models. Where we use provider models, contracts prohibit using your data to train their systems. See the Privacy Policy.
6. Questions & challenges
