Pricing
Priced like a hire, not an API
You are not buying minutes. You are buying somebody who does a job, and the ability to check their work. One price a month, minutes included, and the phone bill stays on your own carrier account where you can see it.

The CRM comes with it
Every plan — including Free — includes Quotarider, our CRM, at the tier that fits. A booked meeting has somewhere to go the moment the call ends.
| Xtallo plan | Quotarider tier included | What that gets you |
|---|---|---|
| Free · Reminder · Receptionist · Caller | Free | Contacts, deals, one pipeline, the call transcript on every record |
| Collector | Intelligence | Email and WhatsApp sequences with a call step, quotes, invoices, promise-to-pay tracking |
| Team | Business | Everything, plus team seats, revenue attribution, live calendar booking and Vera |
Already on Quotarider? Your existing workspace is upgraded, not duplicated. Downgrade and it drops to Free with every record intact.
What you also pay for, and to whom
| What | Who bills you | Roughly |
|---|---|---|
| The talent | Us, monthly | Prices above, minutes included |
| The phone calls | Your carrier — Twilio, Telnyx, or an Indian provider | Their rate card, on your own account |
| The phone number | Same carrier | A few hundred rupees a month, and it stays yours |
We could bundle the telephony and mark it up. We don’t, because the first time a customer compares our per-minute rate to Twilio’s they would find out — and because a number on your own account is one you keep if you ever leave.
The awkward questions
Does it sound human?
It sounds like a good recorded voice. On our standard connection there is a beat before it answers; the Caller plan uses a streaming connection that removes it. It also tells everyone it is an AI in its first sentence, so the question is whether it is useful, not whether it passes.
Can it call Indian numbers?
Not yet. An AI voice calling a +91 number needs a 140-series number registered with a licensed Indian provider, and ours is in progress. Everywhere else works today.
What stops it saying something we can’t stand behind?
It can only claim things from a list you approved, each drawn from your own site or recording. A second model reads every transcript afterwards and flags anything outside that list. You see the flag before your customer does.
What if someone asks not to be called again?
The call ends immediately and that number is never dialled again. Enforced in code, and one of the six things every call is scored on.
Can we cancel?
Monthly, from the billing screen. Your talent, its pitch and every transcript stay — we delete nothing when you stop paying.
Who is behind this?
XDQ Labs, a small software company in Gurugram that also builds Quotarider and Drapto. No outside investors, which is why the prices are what they are.
